The Hawks Cay Resort (sometimes hereinafter referred to as “Hotel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is dedicated to providing exceptional service to guests of all abilities. We strive to provide online content that provides an excellent user experience for visitors of all abilities, using any type of assistive technology to access the website.

The Dolphin Conference Center main entrance has a step and is not accessible. Conference center rooms are accessible via a service entrance in the rear of each meeting space). The Sunrise Lawn does not have an accessible path. The Lagoon Deck does not have a ramp. All other meeting and event spaces are accessible.
